Our process begins with sourcing suitable properties that offer strong potential for long term rental. Once a property is identified, we carry out a detailed assessment that includes structural and condition surveys, a full drainage inspection using CCTV technology, and a review of any immediate compliance issues. This ensures we make informed decisions and prepare for efficient, targeted refurbishment.
Refurbishment and Fit Out
Following acquisition, our Project Services team transforms the property to meet modern rental standards. This includes full internal renovations such as new kitchens and bathrooms, rewiring, plumbing upgrades, plastering, and complete decorating inside and out. Our goal is to create safe, attractive, and comfortable living spaces that meet both tenant expectations and legal requirements.
Regulatory compliance Checks
Every property we manage is brought up to full regulatory compliance by our in-house Compliance Services team. This includes conducting gas and electrical safety checks, producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), performing fire risk assessments, and testing for legionella. Our comprehensive compliance service ensures properties meet all current legal and safety standards before tenants move in.
Ongoing Property Maintenance
Once the property is tenanted, our Facilities Services division takes over the day to day maintenance. We provide both reactive and planned maintenance solutions, a 24/7 call-out service, and structured tenant reporting and feedback systems. This ongoing support ensures each property is maintained to a high standard, reducing downtime and increasing tenant satisfaction.

Our properties are 2 and 3 bed houses that are suitable for small families, all properties have the option to be fully furnished or unfurnished.
